The Netherlands. ( Just down the street from the childhood home of her Mother Marijke and
Marijke's sister Phien van Waveren. )

passed away in 2007. They inspired each other, gave and got feedback, trusted in the quality
of their work and in their successes, made choices and philosophied as a team.
